THAT the minutes of the Closed Session of the May 28, 2026 Haldimand O.P.P. Detachment Board meeting be adopted as circulated and remain confidential.

THAT the Report from the Detachment Commander for the month of May, 2026 be received as presented.

THAT Memorandum HDB-02-2026 Update on Haldimand O.P.P. Detachment Board Terms of Reference be received; AND THAT the revised Terms of Reference, as attached to Report HDB-02-2026, be approved; AND THAT the approved Terms of Reference be circulated to Haldimand County and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation Councils and posted on the Haldimand County website.

THAT the Board Financials and Current Reserve Figures, dated June 15, 2026 be received as presented.

1. THAT Memorandum HDB-02-2026 Update on Haldimand O.P.P. Detachment Board Terms of Reference be received; 2. AND THAT the revised Terms of Reference, as attached to Report HDB-02-2026, be approved; 3. AND THAT the approved Terms of Reference be circulated to Haldimand County and Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation Councils and posted on the Haldimand County website.

THAT pursuant to Section 44 (2)(a) of the Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019, the Board convene in a meeting at 11:12 a.m. closed to the public to discuss: 1. Detachment Commander Performance Review Parameters Section 44 (2)(a) The security of the property of the board

THAT this closed meeting now adjourn at 12:12 p.m. and reconvene in open session.

THAT the Detachment Commander Performance Feedback Form be completed and submitted to the Strategy Management Unit, and remain confidential.
