The application is not consistent with the Provincial Planning Statement, 2024 and does not conform to the intent and purpose of the Haldimand County Official Plan and Haldimand County Zoning By-law HC 1-2020. Should the Committee of Adjustment approve the subject application, the applicable conditions are attached hereto.
