THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby adopts the minutes of the regular meeting of the Board held on March 23, 2023, as presented.

THAT the presentation from the Municipal Policing Bureau Re: The Billing Model for OPP Municipal Policing Services, dated May 25, 2023, be received.

1. THAT the correspondence from Crime Stoppers of Haldimand and Norfolk Re: 2023 Charity Golf Tournament Sponsorship be received; 2. AND THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board support the Crime Stoppers' 2023 charity golf tournament with a $500 donation from the Police Services Board - Sponsorship budget, with $400 for registration fees and $100 for hole sponsor.

THAT the correspondence from Marianne Kidd, President, Dunnville Chamber of Commerce Re: 2023 Dunnville Mudcat Festival Sponsorship, dated May 4, 2023, be received.

1. THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board support the correspondence from the County of Brant Police Services Board, dated May 18, 2023, Re: School Resource Officer Program Reinstatement; 2. AND THAT this motion be circulated to the Grand Erie District School Board.

THAT the O.P.P. reports for the months of March and April, 2023 from Inspector Kays, Haldimand County O.P.P. be hereby received as presented.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby receives the Board Financials and Current Reserve Figures, dated May 16, 2023, as information.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby receives the March and April, 2023 Haldimand County Provincial Offences Act Ticket Issuance Reports, as presented.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board donate $500 to the OPP Youth Foundation in memory of Constable Greg Pierzchala from the Police Services Board - Donations/Gifts budget.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board donate $500 to the OPP Youth Foundation in memory of Constable Greg Pierzchala from the Police Reserve Fund.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby cancels its regularly scheduled meeting for July 27, 2023 due to the proximity to summer vacations, unless otherwise precluded by the call of the Chair.

THAT this meeting is now adjourned at 11:03 a.m.
