Police Services Board

THAT Lorne Boyko is hereby appointed to serve as Chair of the Haldimand County Police Services Board from this date forward until the first Board meeting in the 2025 calendar year.

THAT Kelly Shaw is hereby appointed to serve as Vice Chair of the Haldimand County Police Services Board from this date forward until the first Board meeting in the 2025 calendar year.

1. THAT the minutes of the November 23, 2023 Police Services Board meeting be adopted as circulated; 2. AND THAT the minutes of the Closed Session of the November 23, 2023 Police Services Board meeting be adopted as circulated and remain confidential.

THAT the OPP reports for the months of November and December, 2023 from Inspector Kays, Haldimand County OPP be hereby received as presented.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby receives the November and December, 2023 Haldimand County Provincial Offences Act Ticket Issuance Reports, as presented.

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby receives the Board Financials and Current Reserve Figures, dated January 18, 2024, as information.

THAT pursuant to Section 35 (4)(b) of the Police Services Act, the Haldimand County Police Services Board convene in a meeting at 10:34 a.m. closed to the public to discuss: Section 35 (4)(b) Intimate financial or personal matters or other matters where the desirability of avoiding their disclosure in the interest of any person affected or in the public interest outweighs the desirability of adhering to the principle that proceedings be open to the public 1 Update on Personnel Matter

THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby comes out of the closed portion of the meeting at 11:38 a.m.

THAT this meeting is now adjourned at 11:39 a.m.
