THAT the Haldimand County Police Services Board hereby enters a portion of the meeting closed to the public at 9:32 a.m. pursuant to Section 35(4) Part b) of the Ontario Police Services Act, R.S.O. 1990 for discussion where: b) intimate financial or personal matters or other matters where the desirability of avoiding their disclosure in the interest of any person affected or in the public interest outweighs the desirability of adhering to the principle that proceedings be open to the public
