Council Meeting

1. THAT the minutes of the January 25, 2023 Council meeting be adopted as circulated; 2. AND THAT the minutes of the Closed Session of the January 25, 2023 Council meeting be adopted as circulated and remain confidential.

THAT the minutes of the February 2, 2023 Special Council meeting be adopted as circulated.

1. THAT the minutes of the February 7, 2023 Council in Committee meeting be adopted as circulated; 2. AND THAT the minutes of the Closed Session of the February 7, 202 Council in Committee meeting be adopted as circulated and remain confidential.

THAT the minutes of the February 9, 2023 Committee of the Whole meeting be adopted as circulated.

THAT the presentation re: Introduction to the Economic Development and Tourism Division, dated February 13, 2023, be received.

THAT By-laws 1 to 2, as listed, be hereby introduced and given a first and second reading.

THAT By-laws 1 to 2, as listed, be hereby introduced and given a third and final reading, be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk, the corporate seal affixed thereto and numbered.

THAT pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, as amended, Council convene in a meeting at 6:55 p.m. closed to the public, to discuss: personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees 1 Verbal Update Re: Personnel Matter

THAT this closed meeting now adjourn at 7:06 p.m. and reconvene in open session.

THAT the Confirming By-law be hereby introduced and given a first and second reading.

THAT the Confirming By-law be hereby introduced and given a third and final reading, be signed by the Mayor and the Clerk, the corporate seal affixed thereto and numbered.
