THAT the minutes of the October 26, 2021 Council in Committee meeting be adopted with the following recommendation withdrawn to be voted on separately: Recommendation # 11 Re: CLE-04-2021 Citizen Appointments – Seniors Advisory Committee and Youth Advisory Committee and CLE-M01-2021 Addendum to Report CLE-04-2021

THAT Recommendation #11, of the Council in Committee minutes dated October 26, 2021, be amended as follows:  Clause 2 - change to read: AND THAT Memorandums CLE-M01-2021 Addendum to CLE-04-2021 Citizen Appointments - Seniors Advisory Committee and Youth Advisory Committee and CLE-M02-2021 Additional Information Re: Youth Advisory Committee Applications be received and remain confidential;  Clause 3 - remove Rachel Blum The Corporation of Haldimand County Council Minutes – November 1, 2021 2  Clause 4 - remove Abrianna Money and add Aidan Johnston

THAT Recommendation # 11, of the Council in Committee minutes dated October 26, 2021 be adopted as amended.

THAT the minutes of the Closed Session of the October 26, 2021 Council in Committee meeting be adopted as circulated and remain confidential.

THAT Memorandum CDS-M01-2021 Conservation Authority Changes be received.

1. THAT Report CLE-03-2021 Council Appointments as of November 15, 2021, be received; The Corporation of Haldimand County Council Minutes – November 1, 2021 3 2. AND THAT Councillor Corbett be appointed as Deputy Mayor, for the period from November 15, 2021 to November 14, 2022; 3. AND THAT the following appointments for Chairs and Vice Chairs for the Business Divisions of Council in Committee for Haldimand County be made, for the period from November 15, 2021 to November 14, 2022: Public Meeting for Planning Applications Chair Councillor Patterson Vice Chair Councillor Dalimonte Community & Development Services Chair Councillor Lawrence Vice Chair Councillor Shirton Public Works Operations Chair Councillor Dalimonte Vice Chair Councillor Patterson Engineering & Capital Works Chair Councillor Metcalfe Vice Chair Councillor Lawrence Financial & Data Services Chair Councillor Shirton Vice Chair Councillor Corbett Corporate & Social Services Chair Councillor Corbett Vice Chair Councillor Metcalfe Corporate Affairs Chair Mayor Hewitt Vice Chair Councillor Corbett 4.
